Mr. Green has committed himself to serving the broader community and developing a connection with our clients to understand their goals and objectives and ensuring the design team understands and meets their established goals. Over his forty years of experience, he has managed the production of religious, recreation and education projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic states.

Mr. Green has established himself as an experienced technician in working with municipal authorities and attaining code approval for all types of projects.  He has also been instrumental in conducting and moderating community meetings and workshops in redevelopment areas and communities where development has often been contentious.

Mr. Green has been a primary element in the design of community-oriented projects in the DC and Tidewater Metropolitan Area over the past twenty years to include school, recreation centers, religious, multi-family, and non-profit facilities.  Mr. Green taught architectural related courses for over twenty years at Tidewater Community College. 

Mr. Green is a proud Alum of Norfolk State University and Founder of the Alumni Band and supports the music program for over forty-five years. “Behold The Green & Gold”.

Andrei Banks, RA, NCARB   
Principal – Project Architect

Mr. Banks has accumulated more than forty-five years of experience in all facets of Architectural Design and Planning as managing principal of MWB Architects, PC in Washington, D.C. since 1989, and associated architect with WTG Design Architects. Prior to becoming managing partner of MWB, he was a practicing architect, for seventeen years, in firms in Williamsburg, Virginia, and founding principal in 1979 of his own firm in Norfolk, Virginia and founding partner of MWB Architects.

Mr. Banks has recent experience with the conceptual planning, architectural design, and production documents of several municipal projects for Montgomery County, Maryland; Suffolk, Virginia, the State of Virginia and other quisi government agencies in the mid-east. He participated in the community meetings, charrettes, workshops and presentations and development of feasibility studies, concept design, board presentation at funding meetings and final board approval, in addition to providing full architectural and engineering services for several of these municipal projects.

Mr. Banks has directed the design of community-oriented projects in the DC Metropolitan Area over the past eighteen years to include public schools, charter schools, recreation centers and non-profit facilities; in Suffolk, Virginia for a community recreation facility; at Norfolk State University for the renovations to GWC Brown Hall; and multiple office space re-design for Montgomery County, Md. Government and the Physical Plant Facility, Virginia State University.  He has managed the permitting process for all these projects and has been involved in obtaining approval from the Board of Review for Old Georgetown, and from the Historic Preservation Review Board of DC for several historically designated projects.

Marci Turner, Assoc. AIA 

Ms. Turner is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture at Hampton University. She is the chief designer at WTG Design Architects. She has multiple skills in the field of architecture and is well respected, not only in the school of architecture at Hampton, but the Hampton Roads Area.

Gary G. Garner, Assoc. AIA 

Mr. Garner is Highly experienced and skilled Architectural Designer with a long and proven record of customer satisfaction. Adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously. Has excellent knowledge of principles of architectural design and relevant procedures and building codes.  He possesses extensive knowledge of architectural designs, plans, and specifications by using software related to the field of architecture. Mr. Garner is familiar with the terminology, practices, methods, and techniques of architectural drafting.  Extensive knowledge of preparing complex schematic drawings from oral instructions and rough sketches, as well as extensive knowledge of designing and preparing accurate drawings and specifications for buildings.

Mr. Garner possess effective oral and written communication skills.  Possess demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.  Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with different personnel and has an active Secret Security Clearance.

Ms. Majette has been with WTG Design for over 10 years. She has been widely recognized for exemplary
organizational skills. Her career has included work for Anthem, Xerox and other premier organizations. In
each position, she has continually applied her coordination and planning expertise, in addition to
proficient writing, editing and grammar skills.
